The profile is required to set a role for a YetiForce Customer Portal simple user.
The set profile should provide access to only needed YetiForce CRM modules.
Because YetiForce Customer Portal goal is to provide information and interaction with the customer, only modules that may be of interest to the customer should be selected in the profile.
Here is a list of modules that have a common interest for a customer.

  • Contacts

  • Accounts

  • Documents

  • Tickets

  • Products

  • Service Contracts

  • Services

  • Comments

  • Payments in

  • Payments out

  • Quotes

  • Sales Orders

  • Sales invoices

  • Proforma invoices

  • Correcting Invoices

  • Product category

All other modules, such as Leads, Vendors, Partners and so on, are strictly linked to the company: they should not be accessible to the customer.
