What does it do?

YetiForce Customer Portal provides a customer portal for YetiForce CRM (YetiForce CRM)

General features

  • The customer portal provides features to interact with the customer. Its purpose is not to manage the CRM.

  • The customer portal user can access specific CRM accounts and their related records.

  • An admin portal user can access to all CRM accounts and their related records

  • It shows records related (1:M) to the CRM account.

  • The showed account related records may be limited to only records assigned to the user.

  • A single YetiForce Customer Portal (TYPO3 instance) can manage multiple YetiForce CRM instances.
