The available resources provides feature to get available resources, users and rooms, on planning jobs.
At the top there are the days. For each day there are employees and the the rooms that the employees can access.
In the image we have 2 employees, Denny and Richard, and 3 rooms, blue, green and red.
The purple boxes represent Denny and the green boxes Richard.
The gray boxes show the busy rooms by another employee.
In the image, Denny has 3 planned jobs: 2 in the blue room and 1 in the green room. Richard has 2 planned jobs in the green room.
The module helps you to see available employees and rooms to plan new jobs.
Hovering over the box will show the job details.
