Add a scheduler task for Import users class.
Note
On scheduler task fail, a notification email is sent to email address set in Email address for error notification field
The task imports, in YetiForce Customer Portal data folder,
all webservice users for each webservice application
set in YetiForce Customer Portal Configuration records
